Opportunities:

There are co-op jobs set up with the college and industries.  They vary from company to company.  Usually full time paid employment is available during the summer, the break between fall and spring semesters, and the one week spring break.

Part time work of 15 to 20 hours is expected while classes are in session.  These co-op jobs often lead to full time employment with the company after graduation.

Listing a co-op job on a resume is another benefit of co-op work.  Potential employers know the value of students who have been employed in a field of their study while attending college.
